La guia no llevaba ni altavoz ni audífonos, era imposible escucharla. El tiempo no es el que pone, el tiempo de cada actividad es menor. Te llevan lejos de los monumentos con lo que tienes menos tiempo para verlos.

El proveedor local intenta que la actividad esté a la altura de las expectativas de todos los participantes. Sentimos que este no haya sido tu caso. Se tendrán en cuenta tus comentarios de cara a mejorar el servicio.

You travel by train and the cost of the train isn’t included in the price. Never been on a tour where the transport isn’t included - seems stupid. The tour was brilliant but the cost of transport should be included in the price.

We really sorry about it, unfortunately, in this tour the transport its not included and we inform you in the voucher.

While I was taking pictures the guide didn’t wait for me so I lost the tour basically from the beginning. 40€ wasted.

We always recommend that our clients follow the guide when making their explanations and stops, helping them to not lose the group.

La visita a Sintra es preciosa. La guía Carolina, un amor y siempre pendiente d todos. La actividad es un poco cansada por lo q hay q andar pero nada q no pueda superarse con un calzado cómodo. Lo unico la parada en Cascais muy cortita, apenas una hora que da tiempo a ver poco y rapido, en el programa ponía que era 1h y media. Pero muy contentas con esta excursión.
