Pagamos € 73.5 por un tour con guía. Sin embargo, no tuvimos un tour guiado. En el tour habían personas que habían pagado € 50 por un tour sin guía. Al no haber tenido el servicio completo necesito que me devuelvan la diferencia

Hemos confirmado con el proveedor que, al tratarse de un grupo reducido, el guía realizó labores de chófer, no dejando de proveer información a los participantes sobre el recorrido. Sentimos que su labor no estuviera a la altura de lo que esperabais. Gracias, aun así, por haber compartido vuestra opinión con nosotros.

We paid for a wine tasting experience and the tour director did not know where to take us. He tried 2 locations and no one knew anything about it. Please refund us for the amount of the wine tour. There were 6 of us on the tour. Thank you.

1 hr in Fatima @ 2 hrs in Porto only. No guide and not even Brochures for the places. Not recommended at all and highly disappointing.

Lovely day trip to Fatima and Porto. Despite the rain, Monica our guide was excellent in pointing out the major monuments and points of interest. Highly recommended if you want a brief overview for a future visit.

El chófer hizo esperar a todos los clientes en la calle con 10 grados de temperatura a las 07.20 hasta las 07.45 ha. que recién dejo subir al bus. el tour de oporto es largo y no da tiempo para poder degustar algo de su gastronomia, fue todo el tiempo corriendo. No se puede entrar a la libreria por escases del tiempo. Talvez si se hace solo excursion a oporto daria para visitar las atracciones, degustar gastronomia local y hacer alguna compra. Opino q es corto el tiempo para 2 lugares el mismo dia. Fue un día difícil por lluvioso y ventoso, pero el conductor estuvo impecable en presentación propia, del vehículo y conducción. Raquel, la guía, absolutamente amable, con conocimientos y mucho profesionalismo. La excursión es interesante y Oporto ofrece mucho, por esa razón, sería conveniente dividir los destinos.
