Reservamos el tour en español pero iba con nosotros un grupo que hablaba inglés, así que el guía explicaba un poco en inglés y un poco en español. Las entradas al castillo habian sido reservadas para el horario incorrecto así que tuvimos que hacer la fila al sol 2 veces para entrar. Sólo estuvimos 20 minutos en Sintra, en ese tiempo tuvimos que almorzar también. Luego hubo un error con la vuelta en barco, que Pedro el guía supo resolver amablemente. NO USO NUNCA MAS CIVITATIS. Muy desprolijo!

We booked the tour in Spanish but a group that spoke English was with us, so the guide explained a little in English and a little in Spanish. The tickets to the castle had been booked for the wrong time so we had to queue in the sun twice to get in. We were only 20 minutes in Sintra, in that time we had to have lunch too. Ayer hice una Excursión a Sintra, Palacio da Pena y Cascáis con regreso en barco que no resultó posible. El guía me dijo que había reportaba el problema y que se me reintegraba el importe de la vuelta en barco (unos 40 euros) y veo que el cargo que tengo en el banco es por el importe completo. Me gustaría saber cómo procedéis para el reintegro a mi favor de la parte del servicio que no fue ejecutada… Estoy contenta con el viaje, guía etc… pero contactar con Civitatis está resultando difícil

El tour con Luis fue genial. Muy agradable y atento en la visita. No tuvimos q hacer ninguna cola. El regreso en barco nos ha parecido muy largo… casi dos horas. Te deja en el barrio de Belem sobre las tres de la tarde … comimos en una pizzería que hay en el puerto. Muy bien!! Translate this opinion into English.

poco tiempo para disfrutar de tanto q ver , no hemos podido visitar palacio la pena por riesgo de incendios , no da tiempo ni a tomar un cafe porque entoces no ves ni una calle de Sintra el guia atento y agradable te ayuda todo lo q puede La vuelta en barco muy bonita pero mucho calor y poca sombra .. te dejan a las 3h30’ en Belen y apañatelas para volver al centro con un sol de justicia sin conocer donde estas y sin comer El cabo de Roca me gusta
