We waited for one hour and the tour guide never showed up.

Me cobraron cerca de 200 euros y resulta que la excursión ofrecida ni siquiera se realiza en estas fechas. Mi esposa y yo nos quedamos esperando que aparezca el guía de la excursión y nunca llegó, arruinando parte de nuestras vacaciones. Realmente decepcionante. Ojalá me devuelvan el dinero, porque el mal rato no me lo podrán quitar…

They charged me about 200 euros and it turns out that the excursion offered does not even take place on these dates.
