Wasn’t clear where to meet. Tour guide was very unhappy the entire day it took one hour to get off bus for first visit of the day. Each and every walkie talkie had to be reprogrammed by the tour guide to be on the desired channel - this could have been done before the tour and just handed out. She didn’t speak the entire walk at end of day in Alfama.

horrible todo ¡¡¡¡ lo primero las indicaciones para quedar en el punto de partida , se explicaron fatal ¡ casi perdemos el viaje ¡¡¡ ademas , era en bus, cosa que en el anuncio no se indicaba ¡¡ pero lo peor fue la guia ¡¡ la excusion en 4 idiomas , la guia repetia como un papagayo las mismas frases en todos los idiomas, no explicaba nada solo repetir datos ¡¡ en español casi no se le entendia ¡¡ no vuelvo a contratar con civitatis¡¡¡¡

El punto de salida queda perfectamente explicado en el bono así como en la web advertimos que este servicio se hace en varios idiomas. Respecto a la capacidad del guía para hablar español, vamos a pasar nota de tus comentarios a nuestro equipo local para tratar de mejorar el servicio.

Un poco decepcionado. De las 4 horas que dura el tour, 1 hora es en bus y luego unos 20 min. "libres" para hacer fotos a la Torre de Belem (que vimos sólo por fuera, cada uno a su aire y sin casi explicaciones sobre ella) y otros 30 minutos "libres" para los alrededores del Monasterio de los Jeronimos (vimos sólo por fuera) y la iglesia del mismo, que al ser domingo había misa y no se podía visitar tampoco, así que nos fuimos a comprar unos Pasteis de Belem. Además la guía hablaba "portuñol"...

A little disappointed. Of the 4 hours that the tour lasts, 1 hour is by bus and then about 20 min. Es mejorable al no poder ver los Jerónimos y no poder entrar por festivo tampoco a la Torre de Belén la visita queda muy descafeinada
