Absolutamente decepcionante mi experiencia en Lisboa con las dos actividades contratadas con Civitatis. La primera ya puse queja. En este caso después de esperar 1’5 h la cola para entrar en el elevador de Santa Justa, me dicen en la entrada que no se me permite el paso al no ser válido el bono que presento. Al final tuve que pagar la entrada de las 5 personas que ibamos

My experience in Lisbon with the two activities booked with Civitatis was absolutely disappointing. I already complained about the first one. In this case, after waiting 1.5 hours in line to get into the Santa Justa elevator, they told me at the entrance that I was not allowed to enter because the voucher I presented was not valid. In the end I had to pay the entrance fee for the 5 people who were going.

Mala experiencia. En la descripción de Civitatis decía que la excursión duraba 1h 20min, recorriendo el barrio de la Alfama y el Barrio Alto. Cuando íbamos a montarnos en el tranvía nos han dicho que desde hace un mes solo recorre la alfama y la duración es de 40 minutos. Es decir, hemos pagado lo mismo por la mitad del recorrido/tiempo. En la pagina la información no esta actualizada. Además el tranvía ha estado mas tiempo quieto y esperando que en marcha. Para nada recomendable.

El tranvía medianamente bien, el ascensor a Santa Justa fatal, no nos dejaron subir porque no llevábamos el ticket según ellos, ni mostrándoles el código QR, una vez lo conseguimos había una cola increíble, luego el transporte público que en teoría entraba no entraba nada. Un desastre

Pagamos un precio desorbitado para lo que se nos ofrecía y para los precios que luego habían in situ. Cada vez tengo más claro que no vale la pena pagar por adelantado nada. Podríamos haber cogido tranvías CON PARADAS por 3€ en vez de 25€ que pagamos.

We paid an exorbitant price for what was offered to us and for the prices that were then charged on the spot. It is becoming increasingly clear to me that it is not worth paying anything in advance. We could have taken trams WITH STOPS for €3 instead of the €25 that we paid.
