The tram ride was great but finding where to go on the train in the afternoon was difficult and confusing especially with train 28 starting at same place

Great experience going round Lisbon on an old tram. The commentary was really interesting too. We only had time to stay on board for the entire route but next time will give it a day and stop off at some of the amazing view points.

You can't actually get the tickets for the ride at the kiosk until you get the voucher PDF printed somewhere, and even then the tram may already be full and leave way ahead of schedule. I spent many hours waiting.

As indicated in the booking confirmation email and on our website, the activity voucher must be printed and is not valid if you do not have it in physical form. We are sorry that the experience was not to your liking.

The booking was over complicated. You had to print out your voucher. The facility to do this wasn’t working so I had to send the voucher to another email address. The staff were unfriendly. The driver was sullen and distant. Also there is no pick up destination on the emsil confirmation or voucher. You had to guess it was the same as where to print out the voucher.

In the confirmation email we indicate that the voucher must be printed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. On the other hand, in the description of our website there is a map attached with all the stops from which you can take the tramcar.

This was an excellent service, we were very satisfied! The tour tram was very informative and interesting, and the all day public tram service was very useful. It should be noted more prominently on the website to report to the elevator in order to print and receive the tickets for the day - this part was unclear and our day a little shorter and more frustrating as a result.

The driver did not say a word the whole trip. The guided recorded voice did not give a lot of helpful information. Not helpful

We had a very good trip with Amelia yesterday. We stayed on the tram for the duration of the tour of 9 stops with a 10 minute break (with a warning from Amelia)at no 9 stop,allowing us to make a visit to a church. We made a 2nd trip getting off at Portas do Sol, a convenient stop for visiting The Castle of Sao Jorge, The Cathedral and The Santa Justa Lift on our walk back to Praça do Comércio as well as having a lovely meal on our way. Amelia took the time to advise us and was very kind.
