El autobús tiene un recorrido interesante, pero entre parada y parada hay mucha música (siempre la misma canción) y nada de explicaciones. Los comentarios son en general muy cortos y la persona que habla no es nativa. Es prácticamente un bus de línea con parada en los puntos de interés.

Nos pareció un paseo muy agradable en el autobús por diferentes zonas de Lisboa. En cierto punto, nos pilló una manifestación que provocó un poco de retraso. No merece la pena cogerlo. Esperé una hora a que llegara. Cuidado con las paradas que comparten la otra línea de Yellow Bus que no entra en este bono.No se adentra en el centro. Veía otras líneas turísticas más céntricas, sobre todo mini buses. Los conductores muy amables y es cierto que entran los tranvías y los elevadores. A nada que vayas a Belem pues ya te merece la pena el precio si sumas 2 ó 3 tranvías, ida y vuelta de Belém y 2 elevadores (6 euros cada uno) pero si no, no merece la pena.

Já peguei o onibus no final da tarde, desci num ponto turistico e não sabia que era o ultimo onibus do dia. Deveria tr sido avisada que não passaria outro. Fique uma hora esperando no ponto do onibus amarelo. E acabei tendo que pegar outra condução.

El autobús turístico en si está muy bien explicado y el recorrido es muy bonito pero ¡OJO! ¡IMPORTANTE! Ir con tiempo por que en ningún sitio os informan correctamente de los horarios y paradas que hace. Nosotros fuimos a las 16.50 a la primera parada que pone en el recorrido y estaba anulada , tuvimos que ir literalmente corriendo buscando la siguiente y por segundos lo perdemos ( pierdes el dinero de los billetes por que no te sirven para otro día y éramos 5 y fueron 95€).

La empresa que le terceriza el servicio a Civitatis no es buena. No tienen orden con la validación de voucher y le dan vueltas al usuario. El conductor va por la Ciudad muy rápido y el los sitios de interés no baja casi velocidad. Hacen el tour por cumplir pero no por prestar un buen servicio. Lo favorable es los servicios suplementarios como el funicular y el tranvía con el mismo ticket. De todas maneras civitatis debe revisar su proveedor o lo mejor sería la competencia.

Problème lorsque nous avons presente les billets électroniques. Le chauffeur souhaitait à tout prix que nous imprimons les billets (chose difficile lors qu'on voyage sans imprimante). Il a fallu qu'un vendeur de billet appelle son supérieur et explique la situation qui par la suite à fait imprimer un billet (cela a nous a fait perdre une bonne heure). Il est nettement plus rapide d'acheter les billets sur place.

No había idioma español y al hacer la reserva por internet, no la hacían válida en cualquier parada como en la web indican, había primero que ir hasta plaza de pombal para que te dieran los tickets, perdimos tiempo valioso y al final del día, ya no nos dió tiempo de coger la ruta azul.

La audioguia, se queda un poco corta, podía ser mas completa. Los auriculares en muchos puestos no funcionan, y ademas el autobús debería llevar algún tipo de cubierta, para el sol abrasador de agosto en la parte de arriba. En la parte de abajo las ventanillas se abren tan poco que te mueres de calor. El horario se va cumpliendo bastante puntual, y la verdad que la ruta roja, es preciosa.

El autobús tarda mucho, una línea es muy interesante, la otra no, y además cuando por fin pasó iba muy lleno de gente, y las explicaciones muy muy escuetas. Me parece caro para el servicio que ofrecen. En 24 horas si te da tiempo de coger dos...date por satisfecho.
