Pick up location was missing on the invoice !! That wasted my 2 hours !!!

The tour is good and you can really see a lot of things from Lisbon. The process of getting a ticket is very confusing. There is a text explaining that you can book a ticket for 2 routes and later it shows that you book ONLY for ONE tour (Modern lisbon or Belem). That suddenly doubles the price. It is difficult to find a map with all usfull stops. When in Lisbon there is a map available. Not clear if the ticket you 'download' is directly usefull if you step in the bus (somewhere), etc. Translate this opinion into English.

There was a marathon race in Lisbon on the day we were there and the yellow. Us did not run until afternoon when the race was over. We would like a full refund as we were unable to use this excursion.

We regret to inform you that this service is not refundable, as indicated in the description of the activity on the Civitatis website. Me parece que falto información en el anuncio, cuando subimos al autobús nos dimos cuenta que habían dos recorridos y creímos que podíamos acceder a los dos, pero según lo que pagamos era para solo uno, si quieres hacer el otro hay que pagar el excedente. Que no me parece mal, pero esa información no está al principio, pasamos de pagar 63€ a 81€. Translate this opinion into English.

Muy mal pues nunca encontramos mucha informacion antes de comprar los boletos que fue a las 3:00 pm y tampoco se nos informó al subir al camión que solo estaría activo el servicio hasta las las 5:00 Pm, así que realmente la 24 horas que compras se convierten en menos mucho menos de 8.

Nulla a che vedere con la gita turistica.. e solo un mezzo per girare velocemente e spostarti nei punti da vedere..ma si può fare benissimo con i mezzi pubblici

El autobús turístico en si está muy bien explicado y el recorrido es muy bonito pero ¡OJO! ¡IMPORTANTE! Ir con tiempo por que en ningún sitio os informan correctamente de los horarios y paradas que hace. Nosotros fuimos a las 16.50 a la primera parada que pone en el recorrido y estaba anulada , tuvimos que ir literalmente corriendo buscando la siguiente y por segundos lo perdemos ( pierdes el dinero de los billetes por que no te sirven para otro día y éramos 5 y fueron 95€).

The tourist bus itself is very well explained and the route is very beautiful but BEWARE! IMPORTANT! Go early because nowhere do they correctly inform you of the schedules and stops it makes. We went at 4:50 p.m. to the first stop on the route and it was cancelled, we literally had to run looking for the next one and for seconds we lose it (you lose the money for the tickets because they don't work for another day and there were 5 of us and they were €95).
