La actividad, bien; la atención de Civitatis, muy deficiente. Al hacer la reserva por internet y pagar, nos dimos cuenta de que el idioma era el inglés. Telefoneamos inmediatamente y, tras media hora para ser atendidos, una operadora aseguró que el guía nos haría las explicaciones en castellano. Por lo tanto, no anulamos la reserva. Sin embargo, el guía (que, por otra parte, fue muy amable) hizo la actividad solo en inglés y aseguró que no era la primera vez que ocurría un incidente similar.

The activity, well; Civitatis attention, very poor. When making the reservation online and paying, we realized that the language was English. We phoned immediately and, after half an hour to be attended to, an operator assured us that the guide would give us the explanations in Spanish. Therefore, we do not cancel the reservation. However, the guide (who, on the other hand, was very kind) did the activity only in English and assured that it was not the first time that a similar incident had occurred.

Si no estás puesto en inglés mejor no vayas, le da igual que haya 15 españoles. La cena PESIMA no, lo siguiente..MALISIMA,. Lo único que se salva es escuchar un poco Fado...pero por la zona de Aldama lo puedes escuchar sin problema y sin tener que sufrir esa comida

Ho deciso di fare questo tour perché era l'anniversario di matrimonio e pensavo di fare una cosa romantica, premesso che al momento del tour abbiamo saputo che era parlato in inglese e portoghese, la guida pur sapendo parlare l'italiano non ci è voluto venire incontro nel tradurci, quindi emarginati dal gruppo dopo una battuta infelice nei nostri confronti terminata con una grade risata nei nostri confronti creandoci imbarazzo, la cena è servizio pessimo, una brutta esperienza.

I decided to do this tour because it was the wedding anniversary and I was thinking of doing something romantic, assuming that at the time of the tour we knew that it was spoken in English and Portuguese, the guide despite knowing how to speak Italian did not want to come meeting in translating, then marginalized by the group after an unhappy joke towards us ended with a big laugh towards us creating embarrassment, dinner is bad service, a bad experience.

EMPEZARON CANTANDO 2 CANCIONES AL PRINCIPIO DE LA NOCHE Y YA NO VOLVIERON A CANTAR MAS HASTA EL FINAL DE LA CENA. SOLO 3 CANCIONES MAS YYA. LAS CANTANTES IBAN DE UN LOCAL A OTRO. LA HIJA PEQUEÑA DE UNA DE LAS CANTANTES ESTABA POR ALLA EN MEDIO LLORANDO Y DE PATALETA Y NO DEJABA CANTAR A LA MADRE QUE LE TAPABA LA BOCA. A LA VEZ QUE CANTABA.PATETICO

THEY STARTED SINGING 2 SONGS AT THE BEGINNING OF THE NIGHT AND THEY DID NOT SING ANY MORE UNTIL THE END OF DINNER. ONLY 3 MORE SONGS YYA. THE SINGERS WENT FROM ONE PLACE TO ANOTHER. THE LITTLE DAUGHTER OF ONE OF THE SINGERS WAS OVER THERE IN THE MIDDLE CRYING AND HAD A TANTRUM AND WOULDN'T LET THE MOTHER SING, COVERING HER MOUTH. WHILE SINGING.PATHETIC
