Está muy mal organizada la actividad. Cuando llegamos, ya había gente ocupando la marquesina dónde era el punto de reunión de la excursión. Nos pusimos a la izquierda de la marquesina. Después llegó más gente, que se situó a la derecha de la marquesina. NINGÚN TIPO DE CONTROL, NI PERSONA REPARTIENDO NÚMEROS POR ORDEN DE LLEGADA. A la hora establecida, llega una empleada, y empieza a contar gente y me dice "ya hay 24, ustedes para otro tour". Yo había llegado antes que mucha gente. Es injusto.

This was a lot of fun. We did both the tram car ride which took just over an hour and the following morning the Justa lift! (Within the 24hoirs) Both were done in the morning so no big lines! We picked where we had lunch after seeing it on the tram ride! Good way to see around and get your bearings for a walk after to visit places we wanted to see. I would recommend this.

El tranvía estuvo muy entretenido y llegamos a sitios que andando no hubiéramos ido por lo grande que es Lisboa ya que solo disponíamos de un día. El ascensor no lo utilizamos. El barco fue un gran complemento pudimos ver Lisboa desde otra perspectiva,, lo malo, el excesivo tempo que tuvimos que esperar al sol, tendrían que habilitar alguna zona de sombra. Non do 5 stelle perché al momento della prenotazione,gli orari effettivi del tram erano diversi da quelli indicati sul sito, e il biglietto per l'ascensore non da diritto a nessuna corsia preferenziale, ma l'abbiamo scoperto solo dopo(la coda è molto lunga!). Empezamos el trayecto explicando algo el conductor y digo algo porque lo dijo en inglés y al pedirle si podía decirlo en español nos dijo que *NO*, y al finalizar el recorrido ocurrió lo mismo y le pedí, que al menos, nos lo dijese en portugués y asi lo hizo. Recorrido y audioguía correcto Respecto al ascensor de Santa Justa las colas para subir fueron de 1hora y 50 minutos.

El recorrido dura 1 hora exacta y va por el casco antiguo. Si compras la entrada allí te cuesta 20€. No sé si entra el billete para el Aerobus, y si hay descuentos. Recomendación: si habéis comprado los tickets por aquí, os llegará un bono con un código QR. Cuando subáis al tranvía el conductor lo escaneará y os dará un comprobante de pago. No lo tiréis. This was an excellent service, we were very satisfied! The tour tram was very informative and interesting, and the all day public tram service was very useful. We had a very good trip with Amelia yesterday. We stayed on the tram for the duration of the tour of 9 stops with a 10 minute break (with a warning from Amelia)at no 9 stop,allowing us to make a visit to a church. We made a 2nd trip getting off at Portas do Sol, a convenient stop for visiting The Castle of Sao Jorge, The Cathedral and The Santa Justa Lift on our walk back to Praça do Comércio as well as having a lovely meal on our way. Amelia took the time to advise us and was very kind.
