We made different trips through your website and we were always very satisfied. There were not enough explanations by the guide and the explanations in portuguese were much longer than in English because I speak the language but my husband speaks in English so do I so I can compare. We are not complaining and we should continue book other tours at your app

A guia falava muito baixo, o ideal seria ela falar com microfone. Ela por vezes só falava em inglês e não falava em português, mas a maioria eram brasileiros. Apressava todo mundo ao final do passeio parecendo não aguentar mais estar ali. Durante a visita na adega não deixava a sommelier falar, o grupo pediu pra ela parar e deixar a guia da adega falar. No início da visita ela disse que não eram importantes as informações e que poderia pular a parte da história. Achei bem fraco!

O fornecedor local trabalha com os melhores profissionais do sector. Lamentamos que não tenha sido este o caso nesta ocasião. Transmitiremos a sua mensagem à equipa no destino para que esta possa ser tida em conta a fim de melhorar o serviço.

Por culpa de la guía fue una auténtica perdida de dinero y lo más importante, de tiempo, un día de vacaciones que lo podía haber empleado en otra excursion. Un fuego cruzado de traducciones incompletas, ridículas y escasas. No lo recomiendo lo más mínimo. Estábamos informados de las traducciones simultáneas pero se convirtió en el absurdo más absoluto.

Because of the guide it was a real waste of money and most importantly, of time, a vacation day that could have been spent on another excursion. A crossfire of incomplete, ridiculous and scarce translations. I do not recommend it in the least. We were aware of the simultaneous translations but it became the most absolute absurdity.
