Nos defraudó la mala información. Resulta que es un bono 24 horas para los viajes en el barco. En la publicidad pone que todos los días sale en varios horarios. Spoiler, los domingos no y no sé avisa. Entonces llegamos a Belém y no podíamos volver con el mismo bono. Sí que ponen que si hay mal tiempo y se anula el barco, se cambia por el que está bastante cerca. Cuando se lo explicamos al conductor, no fue agradable, cuando le enseñamos el cartel nos dejo subir.No recomiendo.

El paseo en barco fue una experiencia muy relajante. Unas vistas espectaculares y por supuesto, bajamos por debajo del puente 25 de Abril. Estuvimos en el piso de arriba, en donde también hay una barra para tomar una bebida o snack. Como nota negativa diría que la explicación de historia que salía de los altavoces en varios idiomas no se escuchaba en absoluto. No hay cascos. La organización es pésima e inexistente. En el punto de encuentro no hay nadie de la organización y además, en nuestro caso, en el barco de las 11:00h la operadora del servicio da prioridad a los grupos con guía y no garantiza que haya hueco para los demás... Esto, por supuesto, no aparece en la web de civitatis. Añadir que al comprar los tickets NO DA NINGUNA OPCIÓN DE ESCOGER HORARIO (es un ticket válido para 24h). Otro detalle es que la audioguía es la megafonía del barco y no se oía bien.
