I travelled with small children

La experiencia en sí es muy chula. El barco es cómodo, el personal muy amable y ves a los delfines en libertad desde bastante cerca. Lo que le falla es la organización. Me enviaron correo con hora y lugar de encuentro, pero no acudió nadie, y cuando he llamado para ver qué pasaba, se han culpado unos a otros entre civitatis y la empresa local. Por suerte, hemos podido ir a otra hora.

The experience itself is really cool. The boat is comfortable, the staff is very friendly and you can see the dolphins in the wild from quite close up. What is lacking is the organisation. They sent me an email with the time and place to meet, but no one came, and when I called to see what was going on, they blamed each other between Civitatis and the local company. Luckily, we were able to go at another time.
