Hubo un problema, al no indicarse claramente el punto de encuentro: en la reserva se señalaba la ESTACION DE TREN DE ROSSIO, pero solo al final del mensaje, en un lugar poco relevante, se concretaba que era en la SEGUNDA PLANTA de la estación, en un punto concreto muy específico, lo que ocasionó un retraso de media hora por nuestra parte. El guía no pudo ponerse en contacto conmigo, por no tener acceso a mi teléfono ni a mi e-mail, según me comentó (?). Por lo demás, la actividad fue Interesante

Completo desastre, el tour se contrató en español y se realizó en inglés sin preavíso. Menú muy escaso y de poca calidad, aperitivo chorizo i queso fresco, plato de bacalao sin bacalao solo patatas y crema leche, postre y una bebida. La puerta del local abierta para reclamo de nuevos turistas al escuchar fado y hacia bastante frio en el local, pasaron de las quejas de los clientes. La única nota positiva la actuación de los fadistas.

Complete disaster, the tour was contracted in Spanish and was carried out in English without prior notice. Very limited and low-quality menu, chorizo and fresh cheese appetizer, cod plate without cod, just potatoes and milk cream, dessert and a drink. The door of the premises was opened to claim new tourists when they heard fado and it was quite cold in the premises, the complaints from the clients went away.
